Your signature on this agreement is your consent and allows Flowers Forever to create your keepsake using our best judgment based on your selection.

A $150 deposit is required at the time we receive your flowers. The rest of the balance will be due upon completion of the order. Cash and Checks only. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and goes towards the equipment and my time and for drying your flowers. If the bride does not confirm the order and choose a frame within 30 days, the flowers become the property of Flowers Forever.

All flowers are not created equal. Our results depend on the quality in which we receive the flowers. The fresher the flowers, the better the results. Also, we preserve each type of flower according to the process which will best retain the shape and color, therefore, the bouquet must be taken apart and redesigned to fit your keepsake. PLEASE NOTE: During the preservation process the flowers will reduce in size and colors may become more subdued or deepen depending on the flowers. Keep in mind, that these are real flowers and nature plays a big part in this process.

All keepsake memorabilia (pictures ,invitation, wedding items etc.) to be included in the order must be received within 30 days. If your memorabilia is not received with in 30 days, we will continue working on the keepsake and omit the photo/items from your frame or case. You may contact us within the 30 day period for a time extension.
Due to limited space, Flowers Forever requests that arrangements be made for your finished flowers to be picked up within 7 days of being notified of completion. If you have not contacted Flowers Forever and/or picked up your finished flowers within 7 days, a $10.00 storage fee will be added to your account per week. After 90 days, your flowers will be considered abandoned and all dried flowers will become the property of Flowers Forever.
